Returns & Exchanges

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective.

Eligibility for Exchange (Defective Items Only)

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of parcel delivery.

  • Applicable only for purchases made on www.grapebly.com.

  • Exchange for a different product is not permitted.

To start an exchange, email hello@grapebly.com with your order number and reason. If approved, we will send return instructions.

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@grapebly.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Warranty Policy

If any, warranty is counted from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Electrical or heating malfunctions (not caused by misuse or water damage)

  • Faulty components affecting normal operation

Important Notes:

  • Warranty service may involve replacement of specific parts only, rather than full unit replacement.

  • Claims are valid only for purchases made on www.grapebly.com.

  • The original packaging must be retained for all warranty returns.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage due to misuse, mishandling, improper cleaning, or unauthorized repair

  • Cosmetic wear and tear

  • Commercial use of the product

To make a claim, email hello@grapebly.com with:

  • Order number and proof of purchase

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos

GRAPEBLY reserves the right to repair or replace parts at our discretion based on the nature of the defect.


Additional Notes:

  • GRAPEBLY reserves the right to compensate, alter, or refund any undelivered item after 60 days from the order date.

  • Exchanges may be withheld if the original item has not arrived at our warehouse or was returned without prior approval.

  • Self-delivery or walk-in returns are not accepted.

  • Ensure all refund details submitted are complete and accurate.
