Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of baby products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective. If you notice a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.

To start a claim, email hello@grapebly.com with your order number and photos of the defect.

We currently ship across Southeast Asia: Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam.

If you are outside these regions, email us—we’d love to help you get Grapebly to your doorstep.

We will ship out your order within 3 Business days. The delivery period shall depends on the courier service.

Customer shall be responsible to check the status of the item(s) upon ordering after order confirmation is sent via email.

Should shipping postal address or contact number provided be incorrect, whereupon re-route is needed, customer shall bear the re-route cost incurred.

The tracking information will be send to the e-mail address associated with your order once the order is shipped out from our warehouse.

Within Malaysia, we offer free shipping for orders RM100 and over. Otherwise, we charge a flat rate of RM5 for shipping for anything else.

*Orders that are being shipped outside of Malaysia will range anywhere from RM50 and above.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

We use premium Polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) from Germany. It combines the safety of glass with the durability of plastic. It is naturally BPA-free, honey-tinted, and can withstand temperatures up to 180°C, making it the safest choice for repeated sterilization.

150ml / 5oz: Perfect for newborns and smaller feedings.

240ml / 8oz: Ideal as your baby’s appetite grows.

Tip: Most parents start with our [PPSU Starter Bundle] for the best value.

While PPSU is incredibly durable, we recommend replacing bottles every 4–6 months or if you notice deep scratches or stubborn cloudiness to maintain peak hygiene.

There are several steps you can take to prevent your baby from getting gas while feeding, including using an anti-colic nipple or bottle, feeding your baby in an upright position, burping your baby frequently during and after feeding, and ensuring that the nipple is properly positioned in your baby's mouth.

To make storage even easier, we recommend using our Grapebly Storage Lid.These airtight lids transform your feeding bottles into secure storage containers, allowing you to stack them neatly in the fridge or freezer without leaks. By feeding and storing in the same bottle, you minimize transfers and keep your breast milk as sterile as possible.

Our teats are made from medical-grade silicone designed to mimic the natural shape and feel of a mother’s breast.

This helps reduce nipple confusion and makes the transition between breast and bottle much smoother.

It is recommended to replace silicone teats every 2-3 months, or as soon as you notice signs of wear and tear, such as cracks or discoloration.

Look for these signs that it's time for a faster flow:

• Baby seems frustrated or fussy during feeding.
• Baby takes longer than 20 minutes to finish a bottle.
• The teat collapses while the baby is sucking.

If your baby is gulping, choking, or milk is leaking from the corners of their mouth, the flow is likely too fast.
